the digital detox ☺
disconnect from your screen
connect with yourself
let’s get real - social media is designed to keep us hooked. the endless scroll, dopamine hits, and algorithm-driven content aren’t accidental—they’re legit engineered to capture your attention and keep you consuming. if you struggle with too much screen time, it’s not you - it’s zuck’s grubby little fingers on your brain.
sure, social media can be a powerful tool too. it keeps us connected across the globe, helps us share our passions, and sparks new ideas. when it’s supportive, it can fuel creativity, grassroots activism, and genuine community. you might’ve even found this through social media.
we get it. it can be magic.
and also? it can be a trap.
the never-ending feed of ad-fueled content, political chaos, subconscious comparison, and overstimulation leaves us feeling more drained than connected. we scroll past the point of fulfillment, numbing out instead of tuning in. instead of feeling empowered, we feel exhausted.
we’ve been there. that’s why we created the digital detox
this four-week guided community experience is designed to help you break free from the cycle, reset your relationship with social media, and step into more intention, embodiment, and ease.
your breath is at the heart of this process. each week, you’ll experience guided sessions to release digital overwhelm, reconnect with your body, and create space for more presence and clarity.
what you’ll experience
the withdrawal week – learn how social media hijacks your brain’s reward system and use breathwork to navigate your detox with more ease.
building embodied awareness – shift from mindless scrolling to mindful presence. reconnect with what your body, mind, and spirit actually need.
reframing & reconnecting – examine how social media hijacks your intuition, fuels comparison, and impacts your sense of connection. use breathwork to release subconscious conditioning and reclaim your focus.
boundaries & moving forward – redefine what healthy, intentional social media use looks like for you and integrate sustainable habits. a final breathwork session will anchor your clarity and support long-term balance.
the best part? you’re not doing this alone.
throughout the four weeks, you’ll have guidance, reflection prompts, and a supportive community to keep you grounded and accountable.
when you reach for your phone for connection? take a deep breath & go to the group chat.
when you access the emotions underneath the scrolling? take a deep breath & go to your journal and/or the group chat.
by the end, you’ll feel clearer, more present, and in control of your life and your digital habits—on your own terms.
ready to break free?

hype from the community
I signed up for the digital detox because it aligned with me noticing I was spending a LOT of time (and money!) on Instagram without really getting much fulfillment. My intentions were to not only free up some mental space and attention span, but to increase my focus and presence instead of multitasking by scrolling simultaneously.
Shannon created a wonderful welcoming and authentic community to share thoughts with throughout the experience, and it was so nice to be able to go to the group chat or my journal prompts when I felt the urge to scroll or felt something coming up for me. The breathwork sessions usually began with me feeling slightly disappointed in my progress or focus level, and both ended with large amounts of gratitude for this community and for a showing up for myself in this way.
Wrapping up the detox, I'm continuing my social media cleanse while I continue to unpack those moments where I feel like I need a screen front of me or want to multitask. It feels great to not have the reflex to open Instagram as soon as I start a task. I'd recommend this program to literally anyone who is wanting to regain mental clarity and take a deeper look at their relationship to their screens!
There's truly something in this program for everyone, and it can be as in depth or casual as you want- you'll be supported the whole time!

I joined the detox because its focus on empowered self-reflection and intentional focus was exactly what I needed. In the midst of one of the busiest seasons of my life—navigating big changes and craving more clarity—this program helped me step back, regain my attention, and carve out the space I had been missing.
It honestly exceeded my expectations. I had taken breaks from screens on my own before, but the community support and accountability made all the difference.
I'm walking away with more focus and self-control.
I’d recommend this detox to anyone who’s ever wondered what it would feel like to be less attached to their phone - join the club. If that thought has crossed your mind, listen to it—this experience is worth it.

community agreements
collectively well is built on authenticity, kindness, and radical self-acceptance. off grid social club embodies those values by uncovering & uplifting you and your unique perspective.
we value confidentiality, respect, consent and boundaries. we are open communicators and active listeners, fostering compassionate accountability.
we are sensitive to individual and collective trauma and don’t expect you to talk about it here to work through it.
we honor & acknowledge the lineage of the practices we teach with reverence and humility. colonization has made it near impossible to know the official origins of breathwork but we acknowledge buddhism, pranyama & yogic principles and both african & south american tribal shamanism as influences on our modalities.
we actively work to decolonize our hearts and minds from harmful capitalistic conditioning by dismantling white supremacy culture, committing to anti-racism and dismantling internalized homophobia, transphobia, ableism and fatphobia.
shannon holds the space, guiding you back to your inner knowing by cultivating an environment that supports you in trusting your breath and yourself. they are no guru. they guide you back to your wisdom and agency.
we hold spaces to invite you back to yourself with curiosity to connect you with your inherent strength and power to navigate life's ups and downs with grounded confidence and chosen resilience.
we hope you will feel supported to come and go feeling more alive & less alone.
…even more hype
I found the private anytime detox at the perfect time. I signed up because I felt increasingly distracted by constant scrolling—it was stressing me out and worsening my mood. I wanted to take a break from the noise, reconnect with myself, and refocus on the friendships that truly mattered, rather than passively watching the lives of people I hadn’t spoken to in years.
At the start of the detox, I quickly realized how deeply ingrained my scrolling habits were. But after about a week, it became much easier to stop reaching for my phone constantly.
One of the most valuable parts of this experience was the personal support. Shannon checked in throughout the month, creating space for deeper reflection and helping me stay accountable. The 1:1 guidance made all the difference, especially during the breathwork sessions—which, by the way, were an AMAZING part of the detox. Shannon has a true gift for leading breathwork, and pairing it with the digital detox made the experience even more powerful.
I highly recommend this program to anyone who feels like they’re spending more time online than they’d like—or who feels like social media is impacting them in a negative way. While I didn’t delete social media permanently, I’m now much more aware of how I use it and more intentional about creating boundaries.
This program gave me the foundation I needed to reset my relationship with social media, and I’m excited to keep building on it.

Breathwork is any use of your breath with attention & intention. The power of the breath is indigenous wisdom that has been around for centuries and lived on through Eastern practices such as pranayama in yoga, buddhism, and Tai Chi. Modern “breathwork” gained popularity the 1970's through the work of Dr. Stanislav Grof & Leonard Orr when they explored the similarities on the brain between deep cyclical breathing & psychedelics. In an unsurprising turn of events, capitalism in the West turned it into a tool for peak performance and productivity. Around here, we tap into the conscious connected breath and HypnoBreathwork to settle the overthinking mind and connect with your body for self awareness and mind body spirit healing.
-
Before getting into breathWORK, we focus on building a relationship with your breath as a tool for everyday self awareness & emotional regulation. It’s much easier to take care of yourself when you know how you feel and what what you need. The breathwork we practice in sessions can support in processing stored emotions in the body, facilitating energetic release and connecting you with mental clarity and therapeutic insight. Research shows that breathwork can lower stress levels in the body, support healthier sleep, and alleviate anxiety. A consistent practice can deepen your mind body connection, improve energy levels and sharpen focus and creativity.

While it would be supportive for most individuals to build a relationship with their breath, breathwork is not for everyone. It is not recommended for individuals who are in their first trimester of pregnancy, have a detached retina, glaucoma or a cardiac health condition.

Yes. Shannon’s practice is trauma informed. She prioritizes holding a supportive space that guides you back to your own inner wisdom. With that said, breathwork can surface stored memories or experiences that carry high emotional intensity. It is recommended for folks leaning into breathwork to have additional support (therapist, emotionally aware friends/family/community) for their processing and healing outside of the space.
