the never-ending feed of ad-fueled content, political chaos, subconscious comparison, and overstimulation leaves us feeling more drained than connected. we scroll past the point of fulfillment, numbing out instead of tuning in. instead of feeling empowered, we feel exhausted.

the hype
I found the private anytime detox at the perfect time. I signed up because I felt increasingly distracted by constant scrolling—it was stressing me out and worsening my mood. I wanted to take a break from the noise, reconnect with myself, and refocus on the friendships that truly mattered, rather than passively watching the lives of people I hadn’t spoken to in years.
At the start of the detox, I quickly realized how deeply ingrained my scrolling habits were. But after about a week, it became much easier to stop reaching for my phone constantly.
One of the most valuable parts of this experience was the personal support. Shannon checked in throughout the month, creating space for deeper reflection and helping me stay accountable. The 1:1 guidance made all the difference, especially during the breathwork sessions—which, by the way, were an AMAZING part of the detox. Shannon has a true gift for leading breathwork, and pairing it with the digital detox made the experience even more powerful.
I highly recommend this program to anyone who feels like they’re spending more time online than they’d like—or who feels like social media is impacting them in a negative way. While I didn’t delete social media permanently, I’m now much more aware of how I use it and more intentional about creating boundaries.

each week, you’ll explore a new theme through a workbook with curated content, journal prompts, and breathwork practices, all designed to help you break free from mindless scrolling, reconnect with the wisdom of your body and engage with social media more intentionally.
the solo detox experience is an entirely self guided workbook that you will get access to as soon as you purchase it.
the private anytime detox is a guided 1:1 coaching experience with shannon as your guide for the duration of the four week detox.
by the end of the program, you’ll have a clearer, more balanced relationship with social media, along with sustainable habits that support your focus, creativity, and well-being.

most people spend about 60–90 minutes per week on the solo detox— you can break that up or go at your own pace.
and also, if you feel like you don’t have that much time to dedicate - check your current social media screen time. maybe it’s there, maybe it’s not. :)

we get it! that probably makes your boundaries that much stickier. we’re not extremists around here and understand there’s no one size fits all approach to resetting your relationship with your screens.
you get to decide the terms of your detox. maybe that’s preparing early so you can schedule content. maybe that’s logging on once or twice a week and then getting out of there. no wrong way to do it.

breathwork is any use of your breath with attention & intention. the power of the breath is indigenous wisdom that has been around for centuries and lived on through eastern practices such as pranayama in yoga, buddhism, and tai chi.
modern “breathwork” gained popularity the 1970's through the work of Dr. Stanislav Grof & Leonard Orr when they explored the similarities on the brain between deep cyclical breathing & psychedelics. in an unsurprising turn of events, capitalism in the west turned it into a tool for peak performance and productivity.
in these programs, we tap into breath awareness, body scans and meditation for grounding and day to day support. we lean into the conscious connected breath and HypnoBreathwork to settle the overthinking mind and connect with your body for deeper self awareness and mind body spirit healing.

before getting into breathWORK, we focus on building a relationship with your breath as a tool for everyday self awareness & emotional regulation. it’s much easier to take care of yourself when you know how you feel and what what you need. the breathwork we practice in deeper sessions can support in processing stored emotions in the body, facilitating energetic release and connecting you with mental clarity and therapeutic insight. research shows that breathwork can lower stress levels in the body, support healthier sleep, and alleviate anxiety. a consistent practice can deepen your mind body connection, improve energy levels and sharpen focus and creativity.

while it would be supportive for most individuals to build a relationship with their breath, breathwork is not for everyone nor is deep self healing breathwork the medicine needed in every season of healing. it is not recommended for individuals who are in their first trimester of pregnancy, have a detached retina, glaucoma or a cardiac health condition.

the solo detox experience is Self guided with recorded practices that infuse trauma sensitivity. the guidance in the workbook is intended to be encouraging without being prescriptive about the experience you should have. we cover high level topics like the mind-body connection, emotional regulation and embodiment without getting into the nuances of how trauma shows up within them. you have the agency to engage with it as you please after purchase.

the private anytime detox is trauma informed. shannon prioritizes holding a supportive space that guides you back to your own inner wisdom and meets you where you’re at.
with that said, breathwork can surface stored memories or experiences that carry high emotional intensity. It is recommended for folks leaning into breathwork to have additional support (therapist, emotionally aware friends/family/community) for their processing and healing.
