capitalism thrives on keeping us busy, distracted, and always striving for more. the systems we live within often leave little room for presence, rest, or reflection. it can make your wellness and healing journey feel like you are a problem to solve. but here’s the truth: the systems are the problem, not you.

this three-month journey combines breathwork, mindfulness, manifestation, community and meditation to:

through weekly breathwork sessions, you’ll rewire subconscious patterns in real time, setting new pathways for growth beyond this program. you’ll gain clarity, let go of “shoulds,” and move toward a life aligned with who you truly are.

live community breathwork
we get together for 90 minutes each week for real talk on the content & resources before dropping into the breath for deeper self healing. the time will fly. we confirm day/time of the week once the crew all signs up.

bite sized lessons through our online portal that fuse eastern spiritual practices, indigenous wisdom and western physiology & psychology to give you the knowledge and tools to do the work.

if you prefer to learn on the go, lessons include one to two weekly podcasts to hear from experts & humans sharing their lived experience to deeper integrate the work.
recorded guided meditations
breathwork once a week is powerful but the real magic comes from building a consistent practice. pre-recorded meditations will support you in connecting with your breath and your Self throughout the week.
targeted journal prompts
breathwork will bring you insights that often take years of therapy. journaling & reflecting in between sessions will help you unpack and process to make the shift happen.
community support
whether you want to share a win or lean into support on the hard days, we’ll connect in WhatsApp between sessions for whatever you need. it will also not be overwhelming. nobody likes a group chat they didn’t ask to be in.

boundaries are the foundation for healthy relationships and a more intentional life. they’re also challenging. we’ll supporting you in setting them and empowering your growth here.
we’ll dig into your Ikigai, a Japanese concept that will connect you with a more meaning& purpose. uncovering your passions & celebrating your gifts will help you leverage your privilege to elevate collective wellbeing and live the vision you have for yourself and the world.

Breathwork is any use of your breath with attention & intention. The power of the breath is indigenous wisdom that has been around for centuries and lived on through Eastern practices such as pranayama in yoga, buddhism, and Tai Chi. Modern “breathwork” gained popularity the 1970's through the work of Dr. Stanislav Grof & Leonard Orr when they explored the similarities on the brain between deep cyclical breathing & psychedelics. In an unsurprising turn of events, capitalism in the West turned it into a tool for peak performance and productivity. Around here, we tap into the conscious connected breath and HypnoBreathwork to quiet the mind and be in your body for self awareness and mind body spirit healing.

Before getting into breathWORK, we focus on building a relationship with your breath as a tool for everyday self awareness & emotional regulation. It’s much easier to take care of yourself when you know how you feel and what what you need. The breathwork we practice in sessions can support in processing stored emotions in the body, facilitating energetic release and connecting you with mental clarity and therapeutic insight. Research shows that breathwork can lower stress levels in the body, support healthier sleep, and alleviate anxiety. A consistent practice can deepen your mind body connection, improve energy levels and sharpen focus and creativity.

While it would be supportive for most individuals to build a relationship with their breath, breathwork is not for everyone. It is not recommended for individuals who are in their first trimester of pregnancy, have a detached retina, glaucoma or a cardiac health condition.

Yes. Shannon’s practice is trauma informed. She prioritizes holding a supportive space that guides you back to your own inner wisdom.
With that said, breathwork can surface stored memories or experiences that carry high emotional intensity. Bringing them up and working through them with care and compassion is where the healing happens.
It is recommended for folks joining the program to be in therapy and have additional support for their processing and healing outside of the space.

weekly breathwork sessions are 90 minutes each.
the content & processing resources can be anywhere from 1-2 hours per week.
12 weeks of weekly breathwork alone will shift your life. if you give yourself the full 2-3 hours per week, you'll be in even better.
I honestly wasn't sure what to expect with the course, but I found it really really powerful. I had been feeling a bit lost and I knew my priorities were out of whack. The sessions / prompts / reflection work every week made me take a step back, reflect, and consider what I really wanted to prioritize and the type of person I wanted to be. I had lost sight of some of the values that mattered to me throughout my life, and the prompts really pushed me to think about things it's easy to avoid in the day to day. If you want to take a step back, reflect on what's important to you and the type of person you want to become, and do it all with the help and support of an amazing coach and friend, this program is for you. In addition to the self-reflection, the weekly breathwork is incredible and grounding.
