how i got here

if you’d told me 10 years ago that i’d be living in san diego, leading life changing breathwork sessions, and helping people find real, sustainable wellbeing, i would’ve laughed mid-ipa.

for much of my career, i was sprinting up the corporate ladder at google in nyc, mistaking inbox zero for inner peace. my life was all go, no pause—until it took a hard stop. it took a cancer diagnosis in the middle of the pandemic for me to finally slow down and take it easy. i went inward, immersing myself in all things healing.

breathwork was the practice that changed everything. it gave me the clarity to stop outsourcing my worth to work. it helped me learn how to listen to my body. to soften. to fully show up for the life i fought so hard to live.

so in 2023, when the big tech layoffs came, i took the hint and stepped fully into this work. collectively well was born. now, i help people regulate their nervous systems, reclaim their time, and create space for what actually matters—through breath, storytelling, and authentic Self-care.

their words, not mine

  • Breathwork @ Work was impactful, inclusive & accessible for our entire org. People with all levels of breathwork exposure took something from the experience. Shannon was warm, welcoming & informative. They provided employees with the tools and space to take more control of their well-being while acknowledging the challenges of the systems they're operating in.

  • Shannon is one of the most intuitive and gifted breathwork guides I’ve encountered. Her unique blend of subtlety and power helps you connect deeply with yourself, your guides, and the universe. I sought Shannon out for a shift in my approach to business, craving expansion but feeling resistance in both body and mind. She helped me release not just in the moment, but in the weeks that followed, guiding me toward my next steps as an entrepreneur, artist, and individual. Shannon creates a safe, authentic space where all parts of you can show up. She embodies the work she does, and I’m deeply grateful for the transformation she facilitates.

  • I started working with Shannon for tools to manage anxiety alongside therapy, and their coaching exceeded all expectations. Through guided breathing, hypnosis, meditation, and journaling, I broke through long-standing negative patterns and connected more deeply with my intuition. The safe space Shannon provided helped me rediscover my authentic needs and wants. As a result, I now have tools to distinguish between others' expectations and my own desires. Shannon helped me find my way back home to myself while expanding my mind to what I never thought was possible.

  • Working with Shannon has been an absolute privilege. She’s held space for me in ways words can’t capture. As I navigated grief and loss, each session brought me more clarity and empowerment. Through breathwork, I realized how I was downplaying my worth and began showing up for myself in ways I didn’t expect. I felt more connected to my body, not for its appearance, but for its strength. My work isn’t done, but I feel one step closer to my goals. 10/10 recommend this healing goddess.

  • Shannon has a presence and a gift. The spaces she created allowed for me to feel comfortable in a new experience, expanding my capacity for discomfort outside of the breathwork session. Through harnessing vulnerability as a skill and sharing her authentic journey, she fosters space for community and connection that is second to none.

  • Working with Shannon has been transformative. Her compassionate, non-judgmental, expert guidance helped me reconnect with my inner self—something I desperately needed to heal from within amidst my cancer experience. Each session is a powerful journey of discovery, awareness, and calm. What’s even more remarkable is that Shannon has taught me how to access that support outside our sessions, like having a best friend within. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking deep inner connection.
