hi friends! i'm shannon, an OB based speaker & breathwork coach. traded my NYC hustle for healing pacific ocean sunsets after a cancer diagnosis mid-COVID showed me it was time to slow the fuck down.
that crash course in the mind body connection led me to breathwork - which changed my life from the inside out and brought the self awareness to listen to my body.
social media was once wildly supportive for connection & healing…until it wasn't. now it's a disempowering tool for doom that hijacks my nervous system and neurospicy mind, disconnecting me from the magic of living. no thank you!
i created off grid social club to help us disconnect from the scroll, untangle from our avatars and build meaningful connections IRL. the detox combines breath wisdom with practices that reconnect you to your authentic Self - just like they did for me.
in the polycrisis cluster that is 2025, we're not bypassing the doom. we're intentionally cultivating hope by showing up in community as curious, compassionate humans who care about building a more just future.

we honor the lineage of the practices we teach with reverence and humility. we acknowledge buddhism, pranyama & yogic principles and both african & south american tribal shamanism as teachers of our modalities. we have reverence for the indigenous siksika tribe for their influence on our practices.
we actively work to decolonize our hearts and minds from harmful capitalistic conditioning by dismantling white supremacy culture, committing to anti-racism and dismantling internalized homophobia, transphobia, ableism and fatphobia.
we are mindful of the space we take up and are cognizant of how power and privilege shape our experiences. we create room for all voices to be heard.
we acknowlege that we live & practice on stolen kumeyaay land and honor the kumeyaay nation for the sacred healing they continue to do to bless the land.
